Welcome to AIMAJMUN.SI ("Platform", "Company", "we", "our", "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, AI tools, software, and services provided by AIMAJMUN.SI, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated photography creation;
• AI-generated video generation;
• AI photo editing and enhancement tools;
• AI Influencer Studio;
• AI Identity Lock technology;
• Custom AI influencer/character creation;
• Reference-image-based AI identity generation;
• Any associated APIs, subscription services, digital assets, and downloadable content.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• All information provided is truthful and accurate;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users under 18 years old.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

AIMAJMUN.SI provides artificial intelligence tools for:

• Image generation;
• Video generation;
• Image transformation/editing;
• AI influencer generation;
• Identity-lock technology;
• Custom AI avatar creation;
• Reference-photo based AI rendering;
• Commercial AI creative tools.

Services may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account;
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

Certain services require payment. By purchasing a subscription or credits:

• You authorize recurring billing where applicable;
• All payments are final unless required by law;
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new fees, or suspend services for unpaid invoices. No refunds will be issued except where legally required.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of prompts, uploaded reference images, materials, and owned likenesses/images submitted by you.

You grant AIMAJMUN.SI a worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to process, analyze, store, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

6. GENERATED CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Subject to compliance with these Terms, users receive a non-exclusive commercial license to use generated outputs. However:

• We do NOT guarantee exclusivity, uniqueness, copyrightability, or trademark availability.
• Generated content may resemble outputs created for other users.
• AIMAJMUN.SI retains ownership over AI models, software, infrastructure, algorithms, datasets, workflows, and proprietary systems.

7. AI INFLUENCER / IDENTITY LOCK POLICY

Our AI Influencer Studio includes advanced identity-locking systems. Users agree NOT to:

• Impersonate real persons without consent;
• Recreate celebrities/public figures unlawfully;
• Clone another person’s likeness without authorization;
• Create misleading/deceptive fake identities;
• Use AI personas for fraud/scams/catfishing.

We reserve full discretion to remove or disable any AI identity violating this policy.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND USE

You may NOT use the Platform to create, upload, request, or distribute:

Illegal Content:

• Unlawful materials, criminal conduct, fraud, or terrorism.

Sexual / Explicit Content:

• Child abuse material, non-consensual pornography, revenge porn, or explicit sexual deepfakes.

Violent / Harmful Content:

• Graphic gore, torture, animal abuse, or murder glorification.

Hate / Harassment:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted bullying.

Technical Abuse:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, API abuse, or hacking.

9. AUTOMATED MODERATION & CONTENT REVIEW

We use automated and manual moderation systems (AI filters, keyword detection, etc.). Violations may result in blocked generations, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or legal reporting. EU platform rules emphasize transparency and appeal mechanisms around these decisions.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or distortions. You acknowledge AI output is experimental. We make no warranties regarding factual correctness or fitness for purpose.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform intellectual property (branding, code, models, UI/UX) remains owned by AIMAJMUN.SI.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party outages, integrations, external links, or payment processor issues.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, abuse, or legal reasons without prior warning. No refunds are owed after termination.

14. DISCLAIMERS

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMAJMUN.SI shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify AIMAJMUN.SI from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

17. PRIVACY & DATA PROCESSING

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR compliance.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms anytime. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia / European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in Slovenian courts.
